How do coaching sessions take place ?
Sessions are conducted face-to-face, either at your home or while walking in nature, depending on the weather. Our region offers magnificent coastal and forest trails, so let’s take advantage of them! Walking is a powerful means to stimulate reflection, creativity, decision-making, confidence, energy, and body awakening. Walking frees the mind and allows us to be attentive to our physical sensations, facilitating access to our intuition.
