While very encouraging results can be seen from the first session, multiple sessions are generally required to achieve lasting results. Of course, a balanced diet and adequate physical activity are also important factors to consider.

03. What  equipment is needed for an Energy Boost Coaching session in nature ? 

Wear comfortable shoes, dress lightly, and if you’d like, bring a notepad and pen. We will take the time to jot down your thoughts, ideas, and decisions throughout our journey, with a 360° view.

05. Does neuro-nutrition have immediate effects ?

The effects of neuro-nutrition can vary from person to person, but it is common to observe significant improvements in the weeks following the adoption of a balanced diet focused on neuro-nutrition. However, it is important to understand that neuro-nutrition is a long-term process to support brain and mental health.

02. What are the contraindications for a wood therapy session ? 

There are a few contraindications for this practice (such as high blood pressure, heart problems…), so it is important to discuss them with me beforehand.
